Please join us in our efforts to alleviate hunger and homelessness in Chicago!

Feeding Hope

We provide nutritious meals and support for people experiencing hunger and homelessness in Chicago.

The Chicago Help Initiative is a hyperlocal, community-supported organization that provides meals and resources to people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity.

We operate with a small staff and rely on volunteers to provide many of the services we offer. These include:

  • * sponsoring and serving meals
  • * assisting with housing, Medicaid and job applications
  • * securing essential resources like cell phones, transit passes and clothing, and
  • * leading peer-group cultural enrichment activities.

We’re always looking for volunteers. Learn more about our volunteer opportunities and sign up!

Thank you to our partners and sponsors!
